Terms and Conditions

1. Agreed prices, Booking fees, Cancellations & Balances

a. Agreed Prices: The agreed price is the amount agreed between Limo-Scene and you the customer, based on and is limited to the instructions given as set out in the requirements overleaf. Changes following on from this booking that you may want/like to make will be subject to our availability to accommodate those changes and may be subject to further cost(s)

b. Booking Fee: All bookings made are confirmed by way of an advance booking fee. Normally, a deposit of £75.00 is required to secure each car. For weddings and other special events an advance booking fee of £100.00 is required. My means of a booking fee being paid the customer named overleaf accepts Limo-Scene's terms and conditions and no signature is required. This will form a legal contract between Limo-Scene & Wedding Cars and the customer.

c. Cancellations: Should you cancel the full booking fee will be deemed non-refundable. In the event the booking is cancelled within one week of the date that the vehicle is required, the customer will be charged 100% of the balance owed. Where a booking is made for a wedding or other special even(s) this will mean that the period where the whole balance will become due will be extended to one who calendar month before the booking.

d. Balance: Under normal circumstances balance de are payable at the time and place of the first pick-up. Alternatively you may pay the balance in advance to Limo-Scene & Wedding Cars by cash, cheque, visa or switch for the balance due allowing enough time (minimum one whole calendar month) for the cheque to be cleared to ensure cleared funds are deposited to our account prior to the requirements being carried out by us. Personal or business cheques or drafts or foreign currency are not acceptable as final payment on the day of the requirement unless prior consent by a manager from limo-Scene has been given.

2. Grace Period

Limo-Scene & Wedding Cars strive always to be at the pickup point(s) in advance of the time(s) agreed. However there may be cases from time to time occasionally preventing us from meeting these aims such as weather conditions, road accidents, road resurfacing and such like events outside our control. Reasonable therefore we need to have under these circumstances to build into our schedule(s) a period of up to 30 (thirty) minutes grace. In any event a grace period is invoked, in whole or in part, the time of adjusted time(s) will be made up during or after the period of hire, schedules permitting.

3. Damages:

Damages, subsequently cost(s) of repair(s) of such damage(s) to our limousines or wedding cars hire as used by you the customer and/or your guests however cased is your responsibility. Additionally, in the event that one of your party is sick in the limousine/wedding cars we will charge a £100 instant valet ting fee, to make good the vehicle.

Where the booking was secured using a credit/charge card you the customer here by agree that we may deduct from that card the cost of any damages that have arisen. In the event that a credit/charge card was not used for securing the booking we will invoice you directly should the additional payment(s) not be made on the night. £500 Bond must be paid at the discretion of Limo-Scene. This will be returned at the end of the hire if no damage occurs to Limo-Scene's property.

4. Overtime:

Overtime charges begin immediately following the end of the pre-agreed Limo-Scene contract end time as set out in the box overleaf titled requirements end. Under this agreement the overtime rate per hour shall be paid in full in cash immediately as that noted in box titled per vehicle overtime rate.

5. Lost Property:

Limo-Scene & Wedding Cars takes every car to keep you the customer and your property safe. We cannot however, under any circumstances take any responsibility for property lost or left or assumed left at any time in the vehicle(s). It is the customer's responsibility to remove all personal property - yours and/or your guest(s) from the limousine(s)/wedding cars whenever you are dropped off, including interim drop(s). In the event any property is found by us and is returned to the depot it is you the customer's responsibility to recover said property from our depot and any costs of doing so are yours and yours alone. Property not claimed within 6 (six) months will be disposed of.

6. Breakdown:

Limo-Scene & Wedding Cars makes every effort to maintain its fleet as often and as thoroughly as it possibly can. Limo-Scene & Wedding Cars has therefore made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the limousine(s)/wedding car(s)is/are in the best and most reliable condition and thereby fit for the purpose of use. In the unlikely event should a mechanical breakdown occur outside its control Limo-Scene cannot therefore be responsible for mechanical breakdown nor for the impact that those unforeseen event(s) might then or thereafter have.

7. Vehicle Required

Limo-Scene & Wedding Cars will provide the vehicle requested. However, notwithstanding clause 6 above, in the event due to circumstances beyond our control the vehicle requested cannot be provided either for the first, the final or other and interim journeys booked we reserve the right and need to provide substitute vehicle(s) of equal or similar standing and capacity.
