Hummer used to be a brand of trucks and SUVs. Since 1992, it was marketed by AM General.
However, in 1998 it was bought by General Motor which marketed three vehicles: the Hummer H1, the Hummer H2 and the Hummer H3, which were more based on GM vehicles.
At the end of February 2010, General Motors said they Hummer brand.
