Join us at The National Wedding Show at Manchester Central

With the busy summer wedding season officially over for 2014, the time of the year has come for brides and grooms to flock to wedding fayres across the country.

Limoscene and Wedding Cars are proud to be exhibiting at one of the UK’s hottest wedding fayres this year – The National Wedding Show at Manchester Central on the 11th-12th October. If there’s only one wedding show you pick to attend this year, this has surely got to be the one. We’ll be joining designer dress makers, florists, bridal make-up artists, honeymoon travel agents, wedding planners and more on this wedding filled weekend, bringing you the best in 2015 wedding inspiration!

On the weekend you’ll be able to take a look at some of our cars, get information on upcoming availability, meet some of our team and ask us as many questions as you wish about the Limoscene and Wedding Cars service. Who knows, you may just leave the show with your dream wedding car booked up in preparation for your big day!

Do your research and devise a plan of attack

Check out the national wedding show website to see who’s exhibiting. Look for supplier reviews online, get an idea of the style of their work and the prices they charge before speaking to them. There is little point speaking to a supplier who is way out of your budget or who has poor bridal reviews.

Prepare to grill the suppliers at the show

It is likely that the wedding show will be busy and so trying to speak to every supplier can be stressful. If you decide which ones you want to speak to in advance and note down specific questions you want to ask them, you will be sure to return home equipped with all the answers you need.

Creature comforts

Attendance at a wedding show is not like your typical day out shopping. Apart from the need for comfy shoes, you will need some nibbles, a bottle of drink and a practical bag – we’ve even seen some brides-to-be with mini suitcases on wheels at these national shows!

Make the most of it

Pack your planning notebook to note down any special offers you see and the names of any suppliers you were particularly interested in. Also make time to attend any unique events the fayre is putting on – for example the catwalk show, flower market and wedding theatre.
